Victoria Conference Centre
The Victoria Conference Centre (VCC) is a wheelchair accessible environment to ensure ease and enjoyment of all activities in and around the Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible
- Washrooms have wheelchair accessible stalls and sinks, as well as automatic door openers for easy access.
- Wheelchairs, transport, walkers and mobility scooter rentals can be arranged through a list of available vendors.
- Wheelchair access is available to the Lecture Theatre and the Lecture Theatre stage. With advance notice, front row seating can be removed for wheelchair positioning.
- Parking below the VCC has 11 accessibility designated stalls on Level one of the parkade.
- Two elevators are equipped with Braille keys, a telephone help line and raised panels.

Empress Hotel
The Fairmont Empress offers a step-free accessible entrance with automatic sliding glass doors and has accessible features throughout the main lobby and hotel, including a ramp for access to the sunken area and restaurant, a lowered front desk, and accessible bathrooms.
The Crystal Ballroom is located on the main level, and does not require a ramp or elevator to access.
Union Club
As this is a historical building, accessibility entrances are limited. The closest entrance to the Centennial Ballroom is entrance #2. If you are attending a lunch here, please give yourself extra time. Staff will be on site to support as needed.

Marriott Inner Harbour
The Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour offers significant accessibility features. The hotel provides accessible check-in counters and a ramped pathway to the sunken lobby and its restaurant, which also has a gently winding ramp for access.
The Pacific Ballroom is located on the main floor and does not require ramp access.
Hotel Grand Pacific
The Hotel Grand Pacific has ramps to the hotel lobby and restaurant. The Vancouver Island Ballroom is located on the main level and does not require a ramp for access.
