Payment Methods
All payments must be made by credit card; no cheques, please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2026 UBCM Convention.
Registration
Registration and amendments can be done online up to and including Convention week. Amendments for extra fee events done after September 4 may not be reflected on your printed badge, UBCM staff at the event door will be able to confirm your amendment for entry. For all new registrations made during Convention week, badges will be available for pick up at Delegate Services. In-person registration will also be open from September 14-18 during Convention. Please note that phone calls and emails after September 4 will not be returned.
Modify Your Registration
To make any changes to your registration, log in with the registered delegate's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. 100% refund available, if cancelled by July 31, 2026. 50% refund if cancelled between August 1-14, and no refund thereafter.
