Journalists attending the UBCM Convention must be accredited and provided with an access badge. No site access will be granted without prior notice and acceptance by UBCM. Accredited journalists with an access badge are welcome to attend all clinics, workshops, policy sessions and resolutions sessions unless specifically indicated otherwise. An accreditation badge does not provide access to paid events.
Advanced accreditation will open in August 2026.

On site at Convention
- Badges can be picked up at the Media Registration desk. Applications for accreditation can also be made in person at the desk.
- A media room is available for accredited media to work during the day in Meeting Room #7 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
