Registration Deadline
Registration closed September 13, 2019 at 4:00pm. Registration changes will NOT be accepted by phone or email. Any change requests must be made onsite at the Delegate Services Desk (Vancouver Convention Centre, Box Office) starting September 23rd at 7:00 am. New Delegate Registrations will be accepted onsite. Any additions/changes are subject to availability.
Refund Policy
100% refund available, if cancelled by August 9, 2019. 50% refund if cancelled between August 10 - 23 and no refund thereafter. Convention no-shows are also non-refundable. Future Registration credits can not be issued.
Payment Methods
All payments must be made by credit card, no cheques please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2019 UBCM Convention.
Childminding Service
Childminding Services will be available onsite during the daytime convention program. Registration must be received by August 30th 2019. Please contact Lilliana Kang for more information.
