New this year: Simplified Registration
Registering for UBCM is easier than ever. Instead of selecting pre-Convention sessions, plus Convention, plus extra events, we’ve merged the whole week into one price. There will be no more confusion at the doors on Monday when you show up for what you think is a Convention session only to find out it’s actually a “pre-Convention” session, and you’re not registered. This year, sessions from Monday to Friday are all included. The only thing you need to opt in for are extra fee events like the delegate lunches and the Thursday night banquet.

Payment Methods
All payments must be made by credit card; no cheques, please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2025 UBCM Convention.
Registration
Registration and amendments can be done online up to and including Convention week. Amendments for extra fee events done after September 12 may not be reflected on your printed badge, UBCM staff at the event door will be able to confirm your amendment for entry. For all new registrations made during Convention week, badges will be available for pick up at Delegate Services. In-person registration will also be open from September 22-26 during Convention. Please note that phone calls and emails after September 12 will not be returned.
Modify Your Registration
To make any changes to your registration, log in with the registered delegate's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. 100% refund available, if cancelled by August 8, 2025. 50% refund if cancelled between August 9 - August 29, and no refund thereafter.
