UBCM was pleased to invite all UBCM Group Benefit Administrators to an exclusive information session on managing the disability process with Pacific Blue Cross. Two sessions were held:
Wednesday, February 9th, 10:00 – 11:00 AM (PST)
Friday, February 11, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (PST)
During the information session, Pacific Blue Cross reviewed the disability claims process and identified the role of the employer, employee and disability case manager. They talked about what you can expect during graduated return to work or appeals process. It was an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
