CMHC is launching the Northern Access Round of the Housing Supply Challenge. A pool of up to $80 million is available to implement ideas that address high transportation costs, limited access to infrastructure, and other barriers to building and maintaining housing in northern and remote regions. Local governments are eligible to apply, with the application window opening on January 12, 2022.
