WHEREAS UBCMs members find the present response time by BC Hydro to requests for streetlight maintenance unacceptable: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of BC Municipalities request that BC Hydro provide a commitment to respond to the requests to repair streetlights within 21 calendar days of being so advised in writing.
