In response to a Call for Nominations by UBCM’s Nominating Committee, the Nominating Committee Report has been prepared and is now available online. The report includes a summary of candidates running for Executive positions and their bios. Members will receive print copies of the report by mail before the end of August.
Based on the advance nominations received, there will be an election for Third Vice-President, Electoral Area Representative, Small Community Representative and Director at Large.
For those who missed the July 31 deadline, there will be an opportunity to be nominated from the floor at Convention at designated times noted in the program. Please contact the Chair of the Nominating Committee, Councillor Murry Krause, for further information about the process.
