Journalists attending the UBCM Convention must be accredited and provided with an access badge. No site access will be granted without prior notice and acceptance by UBCM. Accredited journalists with an access badge are welcome to attend all clinics, workshops, policy sessions and resolutions sessions unless specifically indicated otherwise. An accreditation badge does not provide access to paid events. Advanced accreditation is now open. Please review the UBCM Convention Media Accreditation Policy before applying.
Online accreditation is now closed. Media are welcome to submit credentials in person at the Media Registration desk.

- Badges can be picked up at the Media Registration desk. Applications for accreditation can also be made in person at the desk.
- A media room is available for accredited media to work during the day in Meeting Room #7 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
