UBCM made a formal submission to the legislative committee tasked with evaluating Bill M216, the Professional Reliance Act, which proposes curtailing local government review powers of certain applications.
UBCM has provided a report to the Province detailing feedback from members about the 50+ proposed legilsative changes. Members are asking the Province to take more time consulting to get the changes right.
