The 2026 UBCM Convention will take place September 14 – 18 at the Vancouver Convention Centre - East Building.

The hotel blocks for the 2026 Convention will open on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 9:00 am. The hotels will not accept reservations before this date and will not create waitlists. The hotels will also not be able to transfer reservations made before the release date into the UBCM group block at the UBCM rates.
