
In the 2022 Local General Election, Cori Ramsay was elected to serve a second term on city council for the City of Prince George and appointed to the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George. She was elected to serve as President of the Union of BC Municipalities for the 2025-2026 term after serving three previous terms as First Vice President, Director at Large and NCLGA representative.
Ramsay also advises the Minister of Social Development and Poverty Reduction as a member of the Province’s Poverty Reduction Advisory Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Art in English and a graduate diploma in Public Relations and has worked in the finance sector for the last 15 years. In her spare time, she plays with her dog, tolerates her cat, and spends time with family and friends.
