Local governments are invited to provide feedback to the Ministry of Infrastructure as part of the engagement process on the policies and regulations that will support implementation of the Infrastructure Projects Act (Bill 15). Webinars will solicit feedback about Provincially Significant Projects.
The Ministry of Infrastructure delivered two webinars for local government staff and elected officials to learn more and provide feedback. These webinars will specifically focus on further informing on the tools available within the Act, and Phase 1 of regulatory development – the criteria for Provincially Significant Projects.
