Publishing Date
The deadline for local governments to provide input to the Emergency Program Act reviewis January 31, 2020. As part of the review, stakeholders are asked to respond to proposed policy shifts included in a provincial discussion paper, Modernizing BC’s Emergency Management Legislation.
Feedback to the discussion paper may be submitted to the Province via email or mail (Attn: Citizen Engagement, PO Box 9484 Stn Prov Govt, Victoria, BC, V8W 9W6) with the added request that responses also be sent to Bhar Sihota, UBCM Policy Analyst.
