The Mayors' Caucus scheduled for May 5th and 6th has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus.
Registration fees will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
Delta Whistler Village Suites will cancel reservations made under the rooming block, and will refund the one night deposit to the credit card used for the original booking.
Mayor Lee Brain from the City of Prince Rupert continues as the Chair for the 2020 Mayors' Caucus. A fall session of the Mayors' Caucus is scheduled for Monday September 21st during the UBCM Convention. Mayors will be informed of any additional plans for the Caucus during 2020.
