Payment Methods
All payments must be made by credit card, no cheques please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2023 UBCM Convention.
Registration Deadline
Advanced registration closes at 4:30 pm, September 8. Registration and amendments can be made in person at the Convention Delegate Services desk (VCC East). Phone calls and emails after September 8 will not be accepted.
Modify Your Registration
To make any changes to your registration, login with your contact person's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.
Refund Policy
100% refund available, if cancelled by August 4, 2023. 50% refund if cancelled between August 5 - August 18 and no refund thereafter.
