Urban Deer Committee

UBCM is calling for expressions of interest from local government representatives who wish to sit on the Provincial Urban Deer Advisory Committee.  The Advisory Committee is a multi-stakeholder committee tasked with providing support to local governments that are managing and addressing urban deer issues within BC.

The Committee will provide advice government priorities and share information on policy, legislation, regulations, management practices, public engagement and legal issues to local governments contending with urban deer conflict.

The Committee meets three times a year, with one face-to-face meeting and two meetings via conference call.
