Sharing Campaigns: Celebrating the Holiday Season

Canada’s National Zero Waste Council (NZWC) is launching a web-based platform for sharing proven, replicable waste reduction campaigns.

Available to governments, NGOs, businesses and others across Canada, Edmonton’s Go Bagless and Metro Vancouver’s popular Create Memories, Not Garbage campaigns are the first to be shared. The National Zero Waste Council is inviting others to share their waste reduction campaigns and take full advantage of those initiated by others.

This interactive, web-based platform includes communication collateral – design creatives, videos and more –that can be re-purposed for organizations’ own use, taking advantage of work that others have done and saving valuable internal resources.

With the holiday season just around the corner, why not begin by adapting and using Metro Vancouver’s Create Memories Not Garbage holiday campaign? Resources available range from bus shelter ads, posters and videos for radio, TV, and print campaign materials. The campaign is easy to scale, according to time and budget. All the creative work including videos can be downloaded and re-branded with your organization’s logo.
