Information Subscriber Services
The UBCM Information Subscriber Service is offered to those individuals and organizations who have an interest in local government affairs in BC. UBCM regularly prepares and distributes to its members up to 100 circulars a year. For example you will receive:
- In the House is a summary of provincial government legislation and identifies those Bills of particular interest to local government. The report also outlines any changes in the structure and organization of the provincial government and summarizes any key debates on issues of interest to local government.
- Member Releases summaries of UBCM policy initiatives
- UBCM Updates notices of current policy initiatives
- General Bulletin offers other briefs to government committees
In addition, you will receive a copy of the following:
- UBCM Net·work·book which includes a local Government Directory and Professionals' Directory
- UBCM Annual Report and Resolutions Book
- Four issues of the UBCM News per year.
You can receive copies of all UBCM mailings and fax broadcasts (to ease your burden we will remove the materials that relates only to our members.)
This service is available to non-members as part of the Information Subscriber Service package, at a cost of $355 (+ HST) per calendar year.
The annual subscriber's fee is $355 (+ HST).
